I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND REQUESTED AN OIL CHANGE TO BE DONE ON MY F-150. THE SERVICE ADVISER I DEALT WITH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDED ME THE PEACE OF MIND. HE EXPLAINED THAT MY TRUCK WOULD BE TAKEN IN AND FULLY INSPECTED WHILE THE OIL CHANGE WAS BEING DONE AND THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE MY TRUCK NEEDED, HE WOULD LET ME KNOW. MY TRUCK HAD 53000 KM ON IT. AS I WAS WAITING FOR MY VEHICLE IN THEIR CUSTOMER LOUNGE ENJOYING A FREE COFFEE, MY SERVICE ADVISER CAME TO ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE MECHANIC WORKING ON MY VEHICLE AFTER INSPECTING IT NOTICED THAT MY TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS DIRTY AND WAS TIME TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW FLUID. HE TOLD ME THE PRICE AND EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BE DONE EVERY 50000 KM AND THAT IT WOULD PREVENT GEARS SLIPPING AND KEEP THE TRANSMISSION RUNNING EFFICIENTLY. APPRECIATING AND UNDERSTANDING HIS EXPLANATION I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD WITH THE TRANSMISSION SERVICE. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED MY ADVISER CALLED ME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE TO MY VEHICLE IN DETAIL. HE THEN GAVE ME MY INVOICE, A REPORT CARD OF HOW EVERYTHING IS ON MY TRUCK. HE THEN SHOOK MY HAND AND GAVE ME A THANK YOU CARD. I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT STAFF, AND A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!!
